DRS has had many years experience in the implementation of Firewalls. During the implementation of a new gateway SMTP Anti-Virus or Content Filtering solution, engineers often found it necessary to re-confugure poorly implemented firewalls.
DRS Managed Firewall and VPN Services includes 24 x 7 Management and Monitoring of perimeter and internal Firewalls, using state-of-the-art technology. All events are monitored, logged, assessed and addressed according to individual customer requirements.
DRS works strictly in accordance with ISO 17799 to assist the client in the formulation of a Firewall policy that takes into account the clients business requirements. Once this policy has been implemented DRS assists a client in monitoring and maintaining their Firewall configuration and Policies. In addition DRS's 24 x 7 Security Management Centre advises the client immediately when any new vulnerabilities for their particular Firewall are made known and advise the client on where and how to obtain and implement required patches.
