1. Login to your ePO server using your ePO admin credentials

2. Once you have logged in:

1. Select “Software”
   
2. You will be transferred to the next window. Select “Source Site”
   
3. Then select “New Source Site”.
   
   

3. You will be transferred to the next window:

1. Please enter your naming convention for the new DRS FTP source repository.
   
2. Select a radio button for the update protocol.
   
3. Then click "Next".
   
   

4. From there you will then be transferred to next window:

1. Please enter the following FTP site location: “ftp.drs.co.za”.
   
2. Confirm "port 80" is selected.
   
3. Then click "Next".
   
   

5. The next window will appear:

1. Select “Anonymous”.
2. Then "Test credentials".
   
3. Click "Next".
   
   

6. Once you have clicked "Next", a new window will appear.

1. Verify entries are correct.
2. Click "Save".
   
   

7. Once saved, you will be taken back to the “Source Sites” window.

8. After the “Source site” is created you will be required to create a “task”.

10. Once you have been transferred to the new window:

1. The task will be named “New Task” by default. Enter a name of your choice.
   
2. Ensure the "Enable" radio button is selected.
   
3. Then, click "Next".
   
   

11. In the next window customise your task schedule.

1. Schedule Type “Daily”.
   
2. Enter a start and end date for the task or opt for "No end date".
3. Enter a schedule time, eg: “01h00 am”.
   
4. Then click "Next".
   
   

12. In the next window please do the following:

1. From the first drop down box select “Repository Pull”.
2. In the "Source Site" drop down menu, select the recently created source site name.
   
3. Keep the rest of the setting "Current".
4. Then click "Next".
   
   

13. The next window will appear:

1. Verify your task has been created.
   
2. Click "Save".
